Soliant is seeking a Full-Time School-Based Social Worker to join a supportive educational team in the Philadelphia, PA area. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who wants to provide meaningful social-emotional support while collaborating with school staff, families, and community partners.

Position Overview:

• Full-Time School-Based Position
• Location: Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas
• Schedule: Monday–Friday school hours
• Student caseload and school assignment details will be reviewed during the interview process
• Must meet Pennsylvania Social Work credentialing requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and social-emotional support to students across school settings
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and personal challenges
• Complete student assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide case management services and coordinate community resources
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in student support meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain detailed documentation while following district and professional guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Active Pennsylvania Social Work license preferred
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting student growth and well-being
