Soliant is seeking a Full-Time School Social Worker to support students in educational settings throughout the Philadelphia, PA area. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and support teams while helping students build the skills and resources they need to succeed.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time School-Based Role
• Serving schools throughout the Philadelphia, PA area
• Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours
• Student caseload and placement details discussed during the interview process
• Pennsylvania Social Work credentials required or preferred based on assignment needs

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct social-emotional support and counseling services to students
• Assist with identifying student needs and developing appropriate support strategies
• Deliver case management services and coordinate resources for students and families
• Partner with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service professionals
• Support crisis intervention and promote positive student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and student support planning
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Appropriate Pennsylvania credentials/licensure preferred
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or within a school environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• A commitment to supporting student growth and well-being
