Key Qualifications:

• Valid Social Worker license appropriate for schools
• Previous experience as a School Social Worker or in similar educational settings preferred
• Solid understanding of child and adolescent development
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and faculty
• Skilled in crisis intervention, case management, and supportive counseling
• Proficient in developing and implementing intervention strategies
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans and interventions
• Serve as a resource and support system for students facing academic, social, or familial challenges
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
• Engage in crisis prevention and intervention when necessary
• Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to foster a supportive educational environment
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations and ethical standards
