Qualifications:

• Active and valid social work license for Minnesota (or eligibility for state licensure)
• Experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare social work

Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional support and counseling to elementary students
• Evaluate and address student, family, and school needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student well-being
• Assist with crisis intervention and resource referrals
• Maintain confidential records and compliance with school policies
• Work schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 8/31/26–12/22/26
