Social Worker | Providence, Rhode Island

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Social Worker supporting students in a dynamic school setting near Providence, RI. In this role, you will work full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 2:45 pm, with Wednesdays extending to 3:00 pm. You’ll have the chance to provide both individualized and group social work services, facilitate social skills groups, and make an immediate impact through meaningful student interactions.

Qualified candidates must hold a current state license (LMSW, LSW, or LCSW) along with a school certification through RIDE. This contract position offers the possibility of renewal into the following school year for individuals who demonstrate a strong fit—expanding your opportunity for professional growth within the same community. Summer part-time work may also be available for those seeking year-round engagement.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active LMSW, LSW, or LCSW license with current school certification (RIDE)
• Experience in school-based social work is highly preferred

• Adaptability and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group social work interventions
