What You’ll Need:
- Active Michigan School Social Worker certification
- Current Michigan Social Worker license
- Previous experience working with PreK-12th grade students preferred
- Familiarity with providing both direct and indirect services in a school setting
- Skilled in case management and supporting IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexible, resourceful, and comfortable traveling between schools
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect social work services to students across a variety of grade levels (PreK-12)
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a valuable team member
- Assess student needs and collaborate on intervention plans
