Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for school social work services
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and document services according to school district policies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students experiencing social, academic, or emotional difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement support plans
- Conduct social-developmental assessments and contribute insights to multi-disciplinary teams
- Engage families and caregivers in supporting students’ educational journeys, acting as a liaison between home and school
- Deliver crisis intervention and conflict resolution services as needed
- Advocate for students’ needs and assist with referrals to community resources
