Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current licensure as an LMFT or LCSW (required)
  • Experience working with adolescents, especially in school settings, preferred
  • Background as a School Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist highly valuable
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Provide direct mental health counseling and support services to a designated caseload of 28-30 high school students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with ethical and legal standards
  • Help create a positive school climate through prevention programming and advocacy
