Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Current Michigan licensure as a Social Worker
- Experience working in K–12 school settings
- Strong foundation in clinical assessment and behavioral intervention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social-emotional support to students across general and special education
- Serve as the 504 Plan Coordinator, leading the planning and monitoring process for students with accommodations
- Deliver targeted behavioral interventions and crisis support when needed
- Partner with educators, administrators, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP and student support meetings
