Ideal candidates will possess:
- Active New York State Social Worker certification, required
- Previous experience as a School Social Worker or in a similar school-based support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with students, families, and staff

- Ability to conduct assessments and create effective, individualized support plans

- Providing individual and group counseling to students

- Offering crisis response and intervention as needed
- Supporting the creation and implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports
- Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in line with district and legal guidelines
