Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Previous experience providing social work services in schools preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and outside agencies to identify and support students’ social-emotional needs
• Provide direct social work services, including individual and group counseling to students at both the high school and elementary levels
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Participate in team meetings to strategize and coordinate student support services
• Promote positive behavioral strategies and establish strong relationships within the school community
