Virtual Social Worker in IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive social work services to students through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to address barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards related to school-based social work practice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LCSW, or equivalent) with experience in school settings
• Proficiency in telehealth delivery and virtual communication tools

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills
