Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain school social work credentials
- Experience supporting children and adolescents in Pre K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) is an advantage
- Compassionate, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess students’ needs, develop intervention plans, and provide counseling services
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support positive academic and social outcomes
- Advocate for student mental health and connect families with community resources
