Qualifications:
- Current School Social Worker (SSW) certification issued by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE)
- Experience providing social work services in a school setting preferred

- Ability to work onsite and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of resources and intervention strategies for students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect social work services to students and families in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational goals
- Work collaboratively with educators, counselors, and other specialists to identify student needs and develop intervention plans
- Provide crisis support, counseling, and advocacy for students experiencing social or emotional difficulties
- Conduct assessments and maintain comprehensive documentation as required by district and state standards
- Communicate progress and recommendations to staff and families, supporting student achievement and wellbeing
