School-Based Social Worker - Trenton, Michigan

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis support, counseling, and advocacy for students experiencing social or emotional difficulties
• Conduct assessments and maintain comprehensive documentation as required by district and state standards
• Communicate progress and recommendations to staff and families, supporting student achievement and wellbeing
