Job Description

We are seeking a qualified School Social Worker to support high school and transition-age students with special needs. This full-time position focuses on promoting students’ social-emotional well-being, independence, and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based social work services to students with special needs.
• Support social-emotional development and transition planning.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Help students develop skills for postsecondary and independent living success.

Requirements

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required.
• Experience supporting students with special needs preferred.
