Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required
- Meet school Social Worker requirements: either three 10-letter recommendations or preliminary certification in MOECS
- Experience or openness to working in severe ASD classrooms (for December start)
- Ability to collaborate proactively with another Social Worker onsite
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct services and interventions to students and families
- Collaborate with school staff and administration to develop and implement support strategies
- Maintain accurate student records and reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Lead or participate in team meetings and student support planning
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students
