Key Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and behavioral interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to develop intervention strategies and support plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed within the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of 504 plans and other student support documentation
• Act as a resource for staff on mental health, trauma-informed practices, and community resources
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, services delivered, and communications
