Responsibilities:

• Provide school social work services to middle school students, supporting academic, emotional, and behavioral success.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and existing social work teams.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and facilitate interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Promote a positive school environment and connect families with community resources.

Qualifications:

• Valid 310 approval or preliminary approval to serve as a SSW in Michigan.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a middle school setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to create and maintain a consistent part-time schedule, three days per week.
• Commitment for the duration: 8/24/26 to 6/9/26.
