Key Qualifications:
- School Social Worker (SSW) certification
- Must hold a 310 approval or preliminary approval for SSW in Michigan
- Experience in schools, particularly middle level preferred
- Comfort and safety awareness when working with students exhibiting aggressive behaviors
- Availability for the assignment duration: 8/24/26–6/9/26
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social work services to middle school students, focusing on traditional and behavioral support caseloads
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff on intervention strategies
- Maintain clear and consistent scheduling three days a week (7:40 AM – 2:40 PM)
- Contribute to multidisciplinary school teams and assist with crisis intervention as needed
