This full-time, on-site opportunity, running from ASAP through October 2nd, 2026, will have you working alongside a dedicated educational team to provide both individual and classroom-based services near Wheaton, IL.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois School Social Worker (SSW) license required
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with school social worker endorsement
  • Experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary populations
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Resume and current license must be included with application

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide support services to an assigned caseload of approximately 25 elementary students
  • Deliver targeted push-in classroom services within special education environments
  • Conduct assessments, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to individualized student plans
  • Address social, emotional, and behavioral needs through evidence-based interventions
  • Engage in regular communication with families and school staff
  • Maintain confidential and thorough record-keeping in line with school and state guidelines
