What We’re Looking For:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Social Worker in Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience in a school setting, particularly elementary grades, is highly preferred
  • Background in providing emotional and behavioral support to children
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, school staff, and families
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individual support plans
  • Compassion, patience, and a child-centered approach

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted emotional support services to K-4 students
  • Work directly with students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to review and improve support strategies
  • Serve as a liaison between school and home, connecting families with helpful resources
  • Attend meetings regarding student progress, support plans, and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with school and district procedures

In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a difference every single day. The schedule is full-time, beginning as soon as possible and extending through June 9, 2026, with potential for continuation.

Compensation for your expertise and dedication ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, reflecting the significance of your skills and impact.
