Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required
- Master's Degree in Social Work is preferred
- Active School Social Worker PEL (Professional Educator License) is required
- Previous experience in school settings or with students is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards in social work
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and interventions to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges

- Conduct assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Support multi-tiered systems of support and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Advocate for student needs and help foster an inclusive, supportive school environment
