Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group sessions, fostering a supportive atmosphere for students across all grade levels
• Conduct individual meetings with students and their families to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Actively participate in school meetings and initiatives designed to promote holistic student support and success
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other support staff to ensure integrated care and resource access for students

Desired Qualifications:

• Dual licensure as a social worker and a school social worker in the state of Minnesota is required
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, proactive approach in responding to student and family needs
• Ability to balance caseload management with individual and group interventions

In this role, you’ll earn between $45/hr and $53/hr, based on experience and licensure.
