• Core positions: Join a team of fellow special education professionals to deliver co-teaching/inclusion services, direct academic instruction, and small group/pull-out support.
• Resource/Academic Seminar: Provide tailored instruction for students requiring additional academic assistance.
• Transition Teacher: Coordinate job placements, teach transition skills, and handle select IEPs for students preparing for life beyond school.
• 5K Transition Teacher: Lead a self-contained classroom for kindergarten-aged students with disabilities, working alongside two assistants to gradually integrate students into mainstream classes.
• Middle Grades Self-Contained: Manage a classroom for students with moderate disabilities in grades 6-8 with help from dedicated assistants.

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility)
• Experience in co-teaching/inclusion, resource, or self-contained settings highly beneficial
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Flexibility and commitment to student-centered instruction
