Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification in Washington (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Experience working with elementary students, ideally within grades 2-5.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learners.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and adapt lesson plans that address IEP goals for each student.
  • Provide direct instruction and support in both small group and individual settings.
