Key Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Hands-on classroom experience in one or more of these environments: self-contained, inclusion, resource, or co-teaching

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students in K-12 grades according to IEP goals
• Collaborate with general educators, specialists, and families to adapt curricula and deliver targeted interventions
• Manage all documentation and reporting requirements associated with IEPs and student progress
• Engage actively in professional meetings, staff development, and school initiatives
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes the academic, emotional, and social development of all students
