Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs.

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction.

• Adapt curriculum and assessments as needed.

• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families.

• Maintain required documentation and participate in meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.

• Valid Virginia teaching license (Special Education endorsement or eligibility).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
