You’ll be working onsite, splitting responsibilities between an inclusion setting at an elementary campus and self-contained classrooms at an intermediate campus. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Special Education (SPED) licensure in Alabama (verification available via ALSDE website).
• K-6 certification required for the elementary inclusion role.
• 6-12 certification accepted for self-contained and inclusion roles.
• Proven experience teaching in special education environments (inclusion or self-contained).
• Commitment to individualized support and strong classroom management.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to individual student needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs while tracking student progress.
