What you'll bring:

• Active Michigan teaching license in Special Education (screenshot required upon applying)
• Experience working with high school students, preferably in cognitive impairment or similar classrooms

• Ability to adapt lesson plans and support strategies for varying learning styles
• Knowledge of IEP processes, compliance, and documentation
