Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching license or eligibility in the state
• Experience or training in early childhood special education and/or Child Find practices
• Understanding of IEP development and implementation for Pre-K–5th grade
• Skills in differentiated instruction and classroom management
• Strong commitment to collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction based on student IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver integrative services
• Assist in Child Find evaluations and support early intervention initiatives
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment where every student feels valued
• Track and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
