Qualifications and Experience:

• Special Education teaching certification (or in the process of obtaining)
• Experience or training in supporting students with learning differences preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and adapt 6th grade reading lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in a classroom setting
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
• Track and report on progress toward IEP goals, providing data-driven insights at team meetings
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as needed
