• Ability to create supportive, inclusive, and structured lessons for diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students in a self-contained special education classroom for kindergarten through 2nd grade
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Track and document student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with support staff, related service providers, and other educators to ensure comprehensive services
