Pennsylvania Elementary Special Education Teachers Needed!

Soliant is seeking two qualified Elementary Special Education Teachers to support programs at the K–5 level. These are onsite roles working directly with students who require specialized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.

Open Positions

1. K–2 Emotional Support Teacher
This position supports students who transition in and out of the general education classroom. The teacher should be skilled in providing emotional/behavioral support, collaborating with general education staff, and managing the work of a paraprofessional/behavior tech.

2. 3–5 Autistic Support Teacher 
This classroom-based role supports students with varying levels of need. The teacher will work with a robust support team, including two classroom paraprofessionals, one 1:1 para, and two behavior techs. Strong classroom management and behavior support experience is essential.

• Implement IEP-driven instruction and accommodations

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, behavior techs, and school teams

• Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings

• Foster a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
