Elementary Special Education Teachers Needed in Pennsylvania

Soliant is hiring two Special Education Teachers to join elementary programs supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs as well as students on the autism spectrum. Both positions are onsite and require strong collaboration and classroom management skills.

Available Roles

K–2 Emotional Support 
This role supports young learners who move between the emotional support setting and general education classrooms. The teacher will assist students with regulation, transitions, and skill building, while overseeing and partnering with a paraprofessional/behavior tech assigned to the classroom.

3–5 Autistic Support
This position works with students who spend most of their day in the autistic support classroom. The teacher will be supported by two classroom paraprofessionals, a 1:1 para, and two behavior techs. The ideal candidate can adapt instruction and manage varying behavior levels within a structured environment.

Core Duties for Both Positions:

• Deliver instruction aligned to IEP goals and student needs

• Support behavior plans, social skills development, and individualized interventions

• Coordinate with support staff and general education teachers

• Maintain compliance with all documentation and IEP timelines

• Create a positive, consistent, and inclusive learning environment
