Multiple positions are available for Special Education teachers ready to work in diverse learning environments, including Autistic Support at the elementary level, as well as Learning Support at both middle and high school levels. Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required by the assignment start date
• Open to candidates eligible for emergency permits (with HR sponsorship)
• Experience or strong interest in Autistic Support or Learning Support, depending on assignment
• Adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive education practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction tailored to students’ IEPs, ensuring compliance and individualized growth
• Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain clear records of student progress, communication, and educational interventions
• Engage in regular meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities
• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning for all students

Position Details:

• Contract period: August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027
• 35 hours per week, schedule varies by assignment:
  • Elementary: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
  • Middle: 7:15 AM – 2:45 PM
  • High: 7:13 AM – 2:43 PM
• Several openings available: one for Autistic Support Elementary, one for Learning Support Middle School, and four for Learning Support High School
