Desired Skills and Credentials:

• Active Pennsylvania Special Education certification (required or preferred based on assignment)
• Previous success in special education teaching roles, especially in multi-needs or specialized settings
• Demonstrated experience implementing IEP goals and providing tailored instruction
• Strong behavioral management skills and ability to adapt to dynamic classroom environments
• Collaborative spirit for partnering with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families
• Flexibility to work in a range of classrooms across multiple programs or sites
• Preferred background: Autism/Emotional/Multiple Disabilities support, behavioral health, IU or specialized school experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an itinerant substitute, supporting various classroom needs as they arise
