Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification in Special Education, with eligibility to teach preschool-aged children
• Skilled in creating and implementing adaptive instructional strategies for early childhood learners
• Familiarity working with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Passion for nurturing children with diverse abilities and engaging families in student progress
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Prior experience with adaptive or inclusive pre-K classrooms is highly valued
