Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
• Current Kansas State Teaching License with a relevant endorsement
• Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong background supporting students with behavioral and social-emotional needs
• Previous roles as a school-based behavior specialist, BCBA, or similar preferred
• Additional licensure in school psychology, social work, or school counseling is a plus
• Proficient in research-based, data-driven intervention strategies
• Excellent collaboration skills, working with school teams, staff, and families

What You'll Do:

• Serve as an itinerant Behavioral Specialist across multiple districts with a diverse K-12 caseload
• Implement FBAs, develop and track BIPs, and drive student-focused interventions
• Provide individualized behavior coaching and training to staff and educators
• Assist with crisis intervention and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors
• Gather, analyze, and report behavioral data to inform and adjust intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents to build supportive educational environments
• Promote professional development on behavioral best practices for school staff
