Key Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin cross-categorical teaching license
- Experience in Special Education, especially with early elementary grades (K-2)
- Ability to effectively manage and engage a classroom of approximately 10 students with varying abilities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff
- Dedication to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment
Your Daily Impact:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs
- Create a welcoming classroom that encourages curiosity, respect, and participation
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, aides, and related-service providers
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with families about student progress
- Gather and analyze data to support instructional adjustments and progress monitoring
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development through consistent guidance
Role Details:
