Key Qualifications:

  • Active Wisconsin cross-categorical teaching license
  • Experience in Special Education, especially with early elementary grades (K-2)
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage a classroom of approximately 10 students with varying abilities
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff
  • Dedication to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment

Your Daily Impact:

  • Design and deliver individualized instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs
  • Create a welcoming classroom that encourages curiosity, respect, and participation
  • Work collaboratively with general education teachers, aides, and related-service providers
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with families about student progress
  • Gather and analyze data to support instructional adjustments and progress monitoring
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development through consistent guidance

Role Details:

  • Contract position running from August 27th through June 6th
  • Full-time hours throughout the academic year
