Available positions include flexible contract roles with varied caseloads and schedules. You'll engage with dedicated teams to deliver personalized, small-group or one-on-one instruction, helping students to succeed both academically and personally.
Key Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct instruction in reading and math to students in grades K-8 (some opportunities may involve a 9th-grade student).
- Manage assigned student caseloads, ranging from very small groups (7–8 students) to moderate-sized groups.
- Work in environments supporting students with Specific Learning Disabilities, developmental delays, and those who may be collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Minimal disruptive or extreme behaviors; focus will remain on academic growth and skill-building.
- Collaborate closely with 1:1 paraprofessionals in some positions, offering rich support for each learner.
- Plan instructional activities, adapt curriculum materials, track student progress, and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Communicate effectively with fellow educators, families, and related service providers in a team-oriented setting.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Certification.
