Special Education Teacher in Andover, MN

Your start date will be early September 2026, with the assignment running through early June 2027. Expect a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly, working onsite as part of a dynamic, student-centered team.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota teaching license with both Early Childhood and Elementary Special Education endorsements
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Proven ability to collaborate with families, general ed teachers, and support staff
• Strong skills in differentiated instruction and behavior management
• Capable of adapting to evolving needs in an innovative program model
• Must provide resume and PDF of valid MN dual certification for prescreening
