Desired Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota teaching license with an Early Childhood Special Education endorsement
- Demonstrated dual certification on your license (please include a PDF copy with your application)
- Background in early childhood education and experience supporting children with diverse abilities
- Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt instruction and manage classroom needs effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction and support for a caseload of 3-5-year-old students with varying exceptionalities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual learning goals

- Maintain records, conduct student assessments, and contribute to IEP meetings as required
