This position runs from late August to early June, aligning with the traditional academic calendar. Working weekdays, you’ll dedicate your expertise to elementary-aged students, providing targeted resource support as part of a skilled and collaborative team. As an onsite educator, you’ll contribute directly to student achievement and serve as a vital resource for colleagues and families.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching Certification (must be attached with resume for consideration)
  • Previous experience in an elementary resource setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to supporting learners with varied abilities and backgrounds
  • Understanding of IEP processes and compliance
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented approach to daily challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to IEP goals
  • Develop, implement, and track progress toward students’ IEP plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete compliance-related paperwork
  • Build trusting relationships with students, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful learning environment
