Special Education Teacher - Andover, Minnesota

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required).
• Experience working with students in Setting III or similar center-based environments strongly preferred.
• Background in developing and delivering IEP-based instruction.
• Skilled in managing diverse classroom dynamics and creating inclusive, positive learning environments.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for partnering with school teams, specialists, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted, differentiated instruction in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom atmosphere.
• Work closely with paraprofessionals and support staff to ensure all students’ needs are met.
• Monitor student progress, gather data, and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Collaborate with families, service providers, and administration to maximize student success.
