Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility)
- Experience teaching or supporting K-3 students strongly preferred
- Knowledge of best practices for differentiating instruction and adapting curriculum

- Skill working collaboratively with general educators, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
- Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs and support growth
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents and other professionals
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
