Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-time caseload within a middle school resource program
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student success
  • Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications tailored to individual learning styles
  • Maintain accurate records and track student progress toward IEP goals
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages student growth
