Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state certification in Special Education required
- Experience working with middle school students preferred

- Familiarity with resource program delivery and supportive interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-time caseload within a middle school resource program
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student success
- Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications tailored to individual learning styles
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress toward IEP goals
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages student growth
