Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Certification documentation and current resume must be submitted for consideration
- Expertise in managing Emotional or Behavioral Disorder (EBD) caseloads, preferably in a center-based setting
- Experience delivering specialized instruction and behavioral interventions at the elementary level
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a creative, engaging school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction, behavioral support, and case management services for students with EBD
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to address academic and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure inclusive educational experiences
- Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom climate that empowers all learners
- Utilize research-based strategies and interventions tailored to student needs
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
This full-time, on-site position follows a Monday–Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week) throughout the school year, offering the rewarding experience of helping students succeed in a unique, forward-thinking academic setting.
