Key Requirements:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4); applications without this will not be considered
- Experience or strong interest in delivering specialized instruction to elementary-aged students
- Passion for working in an inclusive, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction based on individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and case management for elementary students receiving special education services
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success in mathematics, science, and engineering programming
- Maintain accurate records on student progress, goals, and accommodations
- Actively participate in staff meetings, professional learning communities, and school initiatives
This position is a full-time contract role, offering 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, and runs from early September 2026 through June 2027. You'll work alongside passionate educators who value creativity and hands-on learning, within a school deeply committed to the development of every child.
