You'll collaborate with dedicated colleagues and serve diverse caseloads, supporting learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD), Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD), and more. These placements offer unique opportunities to tailor instruction, champion student strengths, and build strong partnerships with families and staff.

Ideal candidates bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of special education classroom teaching experience (paraprofessional, substitute, or general education experience does not apply)
• Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education license(s): ASD, DCD, EBD, or ABS (specific endorsements required depending on assignment)
• Proven ability to design and adapt instruction for students with varying needs
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Passion for fostering equity, independence, and personal growth

As a key educator, you will:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize evidence-based strategies in sensory rooms, resource classrooms, and center-based programs
• Assess student progress and modify teaching approaches as needed
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and documentation requirements
