Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a current Special Education teaching license valid in Minnesota
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, support staff, and families
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
• Knowledge of a variety of learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and other exceptionalities
• Previous classroom or practicum experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred

• Develop, update, and track progress on IEP goals
