Special Education Teacher in Anoka, MN

The assignment runs from August 31, 2026, through June 10, 2027, at a well-equipped elementary campus. You’ll work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience providing specialized instruction to students with diverse needs
• Capability to manage a specialized caseload within a centerbased setting
• Strong skills in collaboration, documentation, and positive behavioral interventions
• Commitment to student achievement and inclusion
• Current resume reflecting relevant experience and licensure

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction in alignment with IEP goals
• Adapt curriculum and utilize differentiated teaching methods to support learning
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and paraprofessionals, offering expertise and guidance
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Facilitate IEP meetings, partnering with staff and families to drive student success
